* Reporting to the Clinical Nutrition Manager, this role supports patients across oncology, gastrointestinal, and pediatric units using the Nutrition Care Process.
* Document nutrition assessments and interventions accurately in the electronic health record (Meditech preferred).
* Collaborate proactively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes.
* Support patient satisfaction initiatives, including participation in the "At Your Request" Room Service program.
* Provide nutrition education to patients, families, and caregivers tailored to clinical needs.
* Deliver community lectures or educational sessions as requested.
* Precept and mentor dietetic interns in accordance with program guidelines.
* Contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives and team-based projects. Education Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required.
* ???????Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required; eligibility for Massachusetts Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) required. Job Requirements: * 0-2 years of clinical dietitian experience preferred.
* ???????Experience with oncology, GI, pediatric nutrition, and nutrition support preferred.
* Familiarity with electronic health records; Meditech experience preferred.
* Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
