Overview
We are hiring an Architectural Drafter Expert fluent in Revit and AutoCAD .
Responsibilities
- Create construction document (CD) sets in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate drawings with Structural, Civil and MEP engineering and other consultant files.
- Apply local Texas building codes and zoning laws to projects.
- Update drawings based on redlines and field measurements.
- Assist in ASI’s, Change Orders, RFI responses.
- Assist with document preparation, including specifications.
Requirements
- Ability to always act professionally, including consultant & client contacting.
- Ability to projects including coordinating with Engineers and other consultants.
- Strong, professional proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD .
- Experience producing complete architectural drawing packages.
- Ability to work independently.
- Software proficiency in both Microsoft Word and Excel.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; An associate’s degree in a related field is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience in Architectural Drafting. Expert and fluent in Revit and AutoCAD.
