Process Technician Location: Jackson, TN 38301 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Process Technician to join our team in Jackson, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of process controls, troubleshooting, and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities Monitor and control manufacturing processes to maintain product quality and consistency. Operate and adjust process equipment according to standard operating procedures. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Document process data and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve process-related issues. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Assist in training new employees on process operations and safety protocols. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus. Basic understanding of process control systems and equipment. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and process instructions. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed. This position is based in a manufacturing facility in Jackson, TN.
