Senior Operations Manager We're looking for a hands-on Senior Operations Manager to lead a field service operation supporting customers across Wichita and the surrounding rural territory. This is a senior-level position with broad responsibility for P&L performance, field operations, customer relationships, team development, safety, and growth . We need an experienced operational leader who can manage a mobile workforce across a large geographic territory while driving strong financial and operational performance. This person should be equally comfortable reviewing the numbers, developing their team, solving customer issues, and spending time in the field.
