We are looking for individuals who: Have experience with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) platforms Have experience with CPC (coding), ICD-10 and Behavioral health CPT codes (Preferred) Have a Professional Certificate (i.e. AAPC) in behavioral health coding (Preferred) Enjoy Helping Others Are Caring

ROLE:

The Client Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for our clients. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit Central Wyoming Counseling Center (CWCC). Work Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday through Friday

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education High school Diploma or GED required Experience Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software platforms Prefer CPC (coding); demonstrated ICD-10 proficiency; Experience with ICD-10 and behavioral health CPT codes, and healthcare reimbursement practices. Prefer professional certification (i.e. AAPC) in behavioral health coding

JOB SUMMARY:

The Client Service Representative is primarily responsible for offering administrative support across the organization.
