Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Description: ***THIS IS ICU FLOAT POOL (WILL float down to MS/Tele/PCU/Overflow units when needed)! Will also float to Overflow PACU and other MS/Tele/PCU, Stepdown.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 2 years if ICU exp
• CA RN License
• Certs: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• First time travelers accepted: YES
• Must have 400 bed or larger facility exp
• Special Requirements: ***PA LINE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE - WILL BE ASSESSED DURING PHONE INTERVIEW AND ADDITIONAL CHECKLIST. Large hospital exp required.

• Pending license: NO, must be active at time of submission
• NO SCHEDULING REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMODATED. 7 days max. No RTO within the first 2 weeks of the assignment.

Patient Diagnoses:

• ICU Float Pool: 8SCCT, 7SCCT, 6SCCT/4SCCT, 5SCCT, Transplant float (2 high acuity units are in the float cluster). May also float to Overflow PACU and other MS/Tele overflow units, Stepdown
• Special Procedures/Unit Details: ***HARD STOP for SWAN GANZ - REDIRECT DO NOT SCREEN****Cedars is a comprehensive transplant center - Transplant experience preferredEVD experience preferred CRRT Preferred

Special Equipment: May SCREEN MICU candidates if strong CARDIAC, NEURO, and prefer TRAUMA exp******SCREEN: FIRST TIME TRAVELERS - FIRST TIME TRAVELERS MUST HAVE MIN 2 YEARS ICU EXP FROM 400 bed or larger facility exp

Compliance:

• Modules: Modules are billable and non-billable, 10-40 hours
• Billable: the first 17 hours or HealthStream Modules are billable
• Non-billable: any time spent on modules after first 17 hours in non-billable
• Modules are completed pre-start and during orientation if not completed pre-start, and vary by specialty
• Modules are self-reported on module timecard
