We're seeking a dependable Shrink Wrap / Packaging Associate to join a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, paying attention to detail, and helping ensure finished products are packaged accurately and ready for shipment.

What You'll Do

• Shrink wrap finished products using packaging equipment and heat tunnels
• Inspect products to ensure quality and packaging standards are met
• Label, stack, and organize finished products for shipment
• Assist with packing boxes and preparing customer orders
• Stage products for outbound shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Support production and warehouse teams as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to count, follow instructions, and maintain quality standards
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
