Our client, a leading organization in the scientific and healthcare industry, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the laboratory support team, contributing to critical research and development activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Tipton, IN

Shift: 8 hours per shift

What's the Job?

• Assist in preparing and analyzing laboratory samples with precision and accuracy
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Record and interpret experimental data, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Support ongoing research projects by following established protocols
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

What's Needed?

• Zero years of prior experience required; training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach
• Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and safety protocols is a plus
