Our client, a respected boutique law firm in El Segundo , is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to join its team. This firm offers: Office type: Flexible Hybrid Billables: 1400 Bonus: Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance, generous quarterly (up to $45K+) and annual bonuses (25K+), plus 10% commission referral bonuses Base Salary Range: $160K-$220K+ (DOE) Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan This firm offers an exceptional culture where collaboration and connection are prioritized.
