About the Position

We are seeking a full-time Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join a patient-centered healthcare organization in Downey, California. This outpatient opportunity offers the ability to build meaningful patient relationships while practicing in a supportive environment focused on quality care, prevention, and positive health outcomes.

You will work collaboratively with an experienced care team and have the resources and support needed to focus on delivering exceptional primary care.

Position Highlights

• Competitive Compensation: $253,643-$380,464
• Bonus opportunity
• Monday–Friday Schedule | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Full-Time, Outpatient Primary Care
• Quarterly Incentive Plan: Opportunity to earn up to 15% of quarterly earnings
• Long-Term Incentive Eligible: Physicians may participate in the Profit Shares program, designed to reward physicians for contributing to the organization's success
• Day-One PTO: 160 hours

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Active and unrestricted California medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active DEA license
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care
