We are seeking qualified applicants for the position:Senior Engineer, ProcessLocated: CameronSummaryWe are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our project team in Cameron, LA.This position is based out of our Calcasieu Pass LNG 2 (CP2) facility located in Cameron, Louisiana. This position will report to the Director of Engineering.General Description Duties & ResponsibilitiesA minimum of five to ten (5-10) years’ experience working in an engineering capacity in an industrial setting in engineering or operationsOil and Gas experience is required, with preference in LNG applications, however, petrochemical, NGL, cryogenic natural gas processing, or other hydrocarbon processing experience may be acceptable.Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills.Experience in key aspects of process engineering from conceptual design, economics, detailed engineering, plant startup, operations, and troubleshooting.Commissioning, start-up, and performance testing at project sites is a plus.Strong understanding of key equipment involved in LNG liquefaction facilities.Additional Skills:Possess effective computer skills; Microsoft Office software, and discipline specific software applications: HYSYS, Aspen Plus, etc.Skilled in the application of relevant major design codes and standards.QualificationsRequired experienceProcess MOC/HAZOP signoffSite process technical authorityMaintains / responsible for master P&ID redline register and availability to site / operations personnel Provides technical input to commissioning activities and planningProvides input to weekly site engineering reportRequired EducationBachelor's degree in Chemical EngineeringLicensing & CertificationsMust maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card in good standing statusProfessional Engineer's (PE) License or equivalent CEng license is preferred.Venture Global LNG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
