Work with Willow is working with a thriving private practice in St. Pete, Tampa, and Sarasota looking for fully licensed therapists who want to actually do the work they love — seeing clients and making an impact — without the constant grind.

Steady caseload — we handle the marketing + referrals so you don’t have to hustle for clients
$75–$125/hour — competitive pay with predictable income - Paid quickly 2 times per month
Exclusively private pay clients — no insurance headaches or endless admin work
Beautiful modern office that’s all yours (no “shared desk” shuffle)
Hybrid schedule — in-office 3–4 days/week + up to 20% telehealth from home
4-day work week option if desired for better work-life balance

What we’re looking for:

• Licensed in Florida: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PhD, or PsyD

• At least 2 years of experience

• Ready to take on a full-time caseload of ~20 clients/week (more if you want)

• Team-oriented but independent — you’ll have autonomy with support behind you

This is an independent contractor 1099 role (full-time). You set your hours, we fill your schedule.
