Store Manager

Belle & Blush is a growing beauty and gifting boutique known for curated products, elevated presentation, and a strong focus on customer experience. Our stores are designed to feel welcoming, polished, and easy to shop. The Role: We are looking for a Store Manager who naturally connects with people, leads with confidence, and enjoys creating a strong, positive team environment. This is a hands‑on leadership role. You will spend your time on the sales floor supporting your team, engaging with customers, and ensuring the store runs smoothly day to day. What You Will Do: Lead the Team-Set the tone for a positive, professional, and supportive environment. Coach team members to be confident, helpful, and solution‑oriented. Provide clear, constructive feedback and ongoing support. Drive Sales-Lead by example on the floor through customer engagement. Support the team in building strong product knowledge and selling skills. Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve results. Create an Exceptional Customer Experience-Ensure every customer feels welcomed and well taken care of. Step in to resolve questions or concerns with confidence and ease. Maintain a store environment that feels organized, inviting, and elevated. Oversee Operations-Manage scheduling, inventory flow, and daily store execution. Compensation and Benefits: Salary + bonuses range from $60,000 to $75,000 depending on experience & performance.
