Customer Solutions Representative

$650 Weekly Base Pay + Commission | Full-Time | In-Person Position

North Charleston, SC 29420

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as Customer Solutions Representatives. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity with a company that partners with a reputable automotive glass repair and replacement provider serving customers throughout the North Charleston area.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with windshield repair and replacement service options
• Educate vehicle owners about available services and help them begin the insurance claim process when applicable
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional, friendly interactions
• Schedule appointments and coordinate customer service requests
• Answer questions regarding services, warranties, scheduling, and coverage options
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed appointments
• Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure a positive customer experience
• Meet individual and team performance goals while delivering exceptional service

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or automotive experience is helpful but not required
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED

Work Location

This is a full-time, in-person position based in North Charleston, SC 29420. Team members work with customers throughout the local market and are expected to maintain a professional appearance and customer-first approach at all times.
