Avon Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a top-level technician ready to take their career to the next level with a dealership that invests in its people, tools, and technology. Our business is busting with customers and we are willing to pay OVER competitive rates for the right Master Technician! Come join us and apply today. What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain all makes and models under the Stellantis umbrella (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat).
- Perform advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting using factory tools and resources.
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds Stellantis factory standards for quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and assist other technicians as a shop leader and subject matter expert.
- Maintain up-to-date certifications and training as required by Stellantis.
- Stellantis Master Certification required (Level 3 or higher)
- 5+ years of experience in automotive diagnostics and repair
- Strong understanding of Stellantis systems, software, and procedures
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork
