Role Responsibilities:

• Assisting guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times.
• Maintaining a high level of service and hospitality.
• Promptly and effectively dealing with guest concerns or issues and see all are met to satisfaction in timely manner.
• Post guest charges, collect payments, and follow all cash handling procedures as required by Concord.
• Handle guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism.
• Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers).
• Be a great communicator to various departments and management on guest comments and concerns.
• Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance.
• Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.

Starting wage: $16/hour

MUST have open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, as our hotel operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are also looking to cross-train our front desk staff to work in the small lobby bar during evening shifts as needed. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and willing to cross-train at the bar. No experience necessary. Pay will remain at the starting hourly rate, with the opportunity to earn additional tips.

Education and Experience: Previous hotel experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods standing at the front desk, up to 8 hours at a time.
