Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active license or eligibility as an SLP, SLP-CCC, SLPA, or SLP-CFY
• Prior experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare settings
• Proficiency in teletherapy and in-person modalities preferred
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and individualized intervention plans
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for student development

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and provide speech/language therapy to students
• Maintain and document therapy sessions in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt interventions to fit individual student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans
• Utilize teletherapy tools where appropriate
