More About Our Team Join the Behavioral Health Unit (BHU) team, where we're growing together! Our 12-bed unit provides adult, acute behavioral health treatment. With plans to expand the service, there's plenty of room for professional growth as we grow our team culture! How You'll Contribute A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role will: Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient Performs timely and accurate QI assessments Why join us We Believe That Investing In Our Employees Is The First Step To Providing Excellent Patient Care. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins. Additional Requirements Include Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire Handle with Care is required within 6 months of hire ACLS, PALS & ACLS is preferred One year of med/surg or behavioral health experience is preferred More About Twin County Regional Healthcare TCRH is a 141-bed acute care hospital that has been offering exceptional care to the Twin County community for over 52 years.
