Leasing Agent
Location: Maple Shade, NJ
Schedule: Mon- Fri | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Payrate: $22/hr
We are seeking a professional Leasing Agent to assist prospective residents, conduct property tours, manage leasing inquiries, and support the rental process. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, leasing/property management experience, and preferably experience with Yardi and CRM systems .
Responsibilities:
Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and applications.
Conduct property tours and explain community features, pricing, and availability.
Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records.
Process lease paperwork and assist with move-ins.
Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents.
Requirements:
Previous leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred.
Experience with Yardi and CRM software is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work Sunday – Thursday, 9 AM – 6 PM.
