Governance Business Analyst - Hybrid

Position Summary Aligned to Enterprise Payments Technology within Consumer, Business & Wealth Technology (CBWT), this role supports the Governance routines for Payment-tagged applications. Responsibilities Ensure all Payments applications comply with all relevant compliance deliverables in line with the Enhanced Control Framework for Payment applications, inclusive of managing end-to-end controls. Assist with creating at least an annual review process of all RPSWT applications for applicability to Payments-tagged applications. Work in partnership with Technology teams on control gap solutions and ensure proper evidence/artifacts are gathered and stored for audit. Resolve action plans for active audit issues related to RPSWT Payments Governance, if applicable. Present at various Risk forums to provide updates on risk and audit issue statuses. Eligibility Must be eligible to work on a TEKsystems W-2 and must be willing to go onsite 2-3 days a week. Required Skills Experience with Audit, Issue Management and/or Application Governance. Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification. Strong communication and meeting/workgroup facilitation skills, and willingness to present on large Risk forums. Highly organized and self‑motivated, willing to dig in to drive results. Independent learner who enjoys taking on new challenges and challenging the status quo to improve processes and controls. Ability to participate in cross‑functional teams and work effectively in a geographically dispersed team. Excellent Excel proficiency, with the ability to leverage data analysis to drive results. Experience with reporting on Key Risk Indicators. Desired Skills Information Technology degree or related work experience. Experience in Payments space. Business analysis, Requirements gathering, Governance, IT Risk, Agile, Project management.
