We are partnering with an established and growing B2B services company in the South Seattle/Kent area that is looking for a proven Outside Sales Executive to develop new business throughout a protected local territory.

This is a hunter sales role tasked with getting in front of business owners and decision-makers, and taking opportunities from the initial conversation through close.

You'll sell recurring services to a broad range of commercial customers, giving you a large potential market and multiple ways to generate new business.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage a pipeline of new B2B opportunities within your territory
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, in-person prospecting, and other outbound activities
• Identify and connect with business owners, property managers, operations leaders, and other key decision-makers
• Conduct onsite meetings to understand each prospective customer's operation, challenges, and service requirements
• Develop and present customized proposals
• Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting through negotiation and close
• Build relationships with local businesses, industry organizations, and referral partners
• Maintain an organized pipeline and consistently follow up on active opportunities
• Use CRM tools to track prospecting activity, opportunities, and sales progress
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from new customer acquisition to service delivery
• Represent the company at networking events and within the local business community

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience , preferably in an outside sales or new-business development role
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals
• A true hunter mentality and willingness to consistently prospect for new business
• Comfortable cold calling and approaching prospective customers in person
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to uncover customer needs and develop solutions rather than simply selling on price
• Strong organizational and pipeline-management skills
• Experience using a CRM
• Ability to work independently and manage a local sales territory
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional sales experience

Experience selling commercial services, recurring B2B services, or other solutions to businesses is helpful but not required .

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000–$85,000 base salary
• $115,000–$150,000+ on-target earnings
