Compliance Associate

Compliance Associate supports the Director of Compliance in monitoring the effectiveness of the company compliance program and helps with compliance related projects. Duties and responsibilities Manage & monitor all incoming and in process consumer bankruptcy filings for action and disposition. Manage all operational monitoring reports International Skip Tracing Disputes, Cease & Desist Requests, Prior ATY processing HLD Report Missing Scrub Report SCRA Requests BAD Post Date EFT Monitoring Assist with managing and responding to TransUnion inquires through e-OSCAR website. Assist with internal operational audits to determine adherence to policies and procedures. Assist with Developing and Managing Corporate Procedural Manuals Assist in administration of compliance document management system. Assist with regular and on-going training needs Qualifications Education Education: 4+ years relevant experience and/or College Degree preferred Specialized knowledge In depth knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, PCI, privacy and various state collection statutes, Regulation F preferred. Skills Time Management/ Planning/ Organized Written and verbal communication skills Problem solving Technical skills Knowledge of Columbia Ultimate’s The Collector System Microsoft Office Suite Detail oriented Experience Experience: 2+ years’ experience in collection and/or servicing operations Physical requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
