# Job Opportunity – Endoscopy Nurse (RN) – North Carolina

Start Date: September 23, 2026

Location: Asheville, North Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Variable day shifts based on procedure volume; includes 2 weekend 24-hour call shifts per 6-week period and 1 night per week on call

Highlights:

• Work in a state-of-the-art endoscopy unit within a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center
• Perform a variety of advanced procedures including EBUS, Bronoscopy, ION, EGD, Colonoscopy, EUS, and ERCP
• 9-bay pre-op unit, 4 procedure rooms, and 6-bay PACU with Olympus equipment and ERBE technology
• Electronic medical records utilizing Cerner and Provation systems
• Magnet-designated facility recognized among America's top 1% hospitals for clinical quality
• 13-week assignment with potential floating to Main PACU, Phase II, Pre-Op, or OR based on experience

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina RN license or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Minimum 2 years of in-hospital endoscopy experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Pulmonary procedural experience strongly preferred
• Flexible, self-motivated personality with ability to adapt to variable scheduling
• Must be available for weekend and on-call requirements
