About Toastee Bagels: Toastee Bagels is a fast-growing, local favorite that has been open for 3+ years. Same owners with new name as we grow the brand! We specialize in fresh-baked bagels, delicious sandwiches, and specialty coffee. We are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our cross-trained team. This is a perfect opportunity for high school students, college students, or adults seeking a fun, flexible work environment.
The Role We are hiring friendly and dependable Team Members for both full-time and flexible part-time schedules (including morning, day, and weekend shifts). You will be fully cross-trained to handle multiple front-of-house functions, ensuring our customers always receive fast and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and process transactions using our POS system.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and package cold sandwiches, coffee, and specialty items according to quality standards.
- Operations: Work the front counter, manage the drive-thru window (if applicable), and assist with running orders.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized dining area and workstation.
Compensation & Perks
- Pay: Competitive hourly wage (range to be determined, based on experience) plus pooled tips.
- Schedule: Full-time and flexible part-time hours available. Great for students and those needing specific availability.

Qualifications
- Experience: Willingness to train! Experience with POS systems or food service is a plus, but not required.
- Availability: Must be able to work some morning and/or weekend shifts.
