As a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department at Minden Medical Center, you can expect a dynamic and engaging work environment. Your typical day will involve assessing patient needs, coordinating care, and collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide the highest standards of care. You'll manage a diverse range of cases, from minor injuries to critical conditions, ensuring that every patient receives empathetic and timely attention. The position is scheduled for nights, following a 5/2 rotation, which includes working every other weekend. This schedule allows for a balance of professional responsibilities and personal time, while also contributing to a cohesive, supportive team atmosphere focused on delivering excellence in patient care.

REQUIREMENTS:

• AHA BLS required.
• ACLS and De-Escalation required within 1 month of hire.
• PALS, TNCC, ENCP to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
