You will assure that the property meets all Cohen-Esrey standards for safety and appearance. You will keep track of inventory, partner with management on priorities and budget. The Lead Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents. Qualifications 1 year of successful experience in a similar role Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly. Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies. Valid Driver's License Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology. Knowledge of property management systems and processes Painting, plumbing, and electrical experience Reliable transportation with access to a vehicle suitable for safely transporting ladders & other maintenance equipment. Preferred Qualifications Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience HVAC Certified Compensation* $30-$31 *Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
