As an Account Representative, you’ll play a key role in our agency’s growth and customer relationships. You’ll generate new business, identify coverage gaps, recommend insurance solutions, and build lasting relationships with customers.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively prospect and generate new business
• Conduct customer consultations and identify coverage gaps
• Cross-sell property & casualty and life insurance solutions
• Meet clear monthly production goals

Compensation & Benefits

• $51,600 starting base salary with one required insurance license
• Base increases to $54,600 after obtaining both required licenses
• Second required license must be obtained within 90 days of hire
• Up to $800 licensing reimbursement , paid in two installments
• Additional commission and performance bonus opportunities
