Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Director of Nursing to join our team. As the Director of Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services to our clients. You will oversee all aspects of nursing operations and provide leadership and guidance to our dedicated caregivers. This is a PRN position, offering flexibility in scheduling to accommodate both personal and professional commitments. Responsibilities Implement policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring the highest quality of care and adherence to best practices. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Proven experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a home care or personal assistant services setting.
