Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial reports, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth and success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on-site and commit to a full-time schedule.
