The Red Bird is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to help lead our team in Vienna, VA. We're seeking a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members
  • Ensure outstanding customer service
  • Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Help with scheduling, inventory, and labor management
  • Train new employees and support staff development
  • Handle customer concerns professionally
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment
Requirements

  • Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic English required (Spanish is a plus)
Compensation

  • $48,000/year
