Imaging Production Specialist

Job Summary This position involves light scanning, quality control, and release/index tasks. It requires constant use of upper extremities, primarily for keyboard-related tasks. The role is seated for most of the day. Work Schedule Normal work schedule is 5 days a week, 9 hours a day, including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. - Scanning: Prepped cartons are moved to scanner positions, where sheets are loaded into various types of scanners for processing. Sheets must be returned to the box in the same order as received. This task is seated but may require standing 20% of the time.
- Quality: Confirm the accuracy of scanned documents. This is primarily a seated task, comprising 10% of the position.
- Release/Index: Document files and release scanned material to customers. This is primarily a seated task, comprising 10% of the position.
- Scanning: Detail-oriented, must be able to operate, clean, and troubleshoot scanners.
- Quality and Release/Index: Detail-oriented, must be able to operate a computer. The position requires significant data input and a high rate of keystrokes.
- Attire must be presentable and appropriate for the working environment.
