Our mentors are a vital part of our treatment team providing critical support to children ages 6 through 17. Responsibilities include:Providing ongoing one-on-one support and mentoring to children recovering from crisisFacilitating daily check-in and skill-development groups under the supervision of clinical staffLeading daily recreational activities and meal timesCompleting routine documentation regarding provided services and child observationsAssisting medical, nursing and clinical staff as neededEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or GED (associates degree preferred)Minimum one year of experience providing behavioral health or crisis services to children, IDD experience is preferred.
