Position: Receptionist
Location: Greensburg Medical Center- 1911 Campbellsville Highway, Greensburg KY
Schedule: Full time- Monday through Friday- Days
Work Environment: This is a fast-paced, high-volume office requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional while managing multiple tasks and frequent interruptions.


What You'll Do:


• Serves as a front-line person of contact for patients
• Handles scheduling and patient on a multi-line phone system
• Fosters a good relationship between fellow team members, patients, and providers.
• Reviews and prints dictation.
• Maintains petty cash and balances cash sheet at the end of each day.
• Enters patient demographics and insurance in a timely manner.
• Follows HIPAA compliance.
• Files patient medical record charts daily
• Performs other various clerical duties.

What We're Looking For:


➤ High School diploma or equivalent required
➤ 2-3+ yrs of experience within a medical office preferred
