Scrum Master

Job Description

A fortune 250 retail company in Memphis, TN is seeking a Scrum Master to support critical initiatives within its Digital Commerce and Supply Chain technology organization. This individual will lead Agile delivery efforts across both steady-state platform support and strategic modernization initiatives focused on Vendor Direct Fulfillment

Manage delivery activities associated with integrations involving Order Management Systems (OMS), EDI transactions, supplier onboarding, inventory visibility, and fulfillment workflows.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews. Support ongoing enhancement, maintenance, and production support activities for the ZNet platform. Track team metrics, risks, dependencies, and project milestones while providing transparent communication to stakeholders. Foster collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

6+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting Agile software development teams. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum principles, and servant leadership practices. Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing multiple concurrent workstreams. Experience working with Jira Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and complex project dependencies. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting eCommerce, retail, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment platforms. Knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS), EDI integrations, drop-ship operations, or vendor management processes. Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement across development teams. Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across business, technology, and vendor teams.
