Propane Service Technician and Delivery

Propane Service Technician and Delivery $32.00 to $45.00 + per hour, depending on experience Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm | Monday through Friday Responsibilities Service and maintenance on residential Propane HVAC systems Propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers Loading and unloading fuel truck for delivery Making fuel deliveries in a safe and efficient manner to correct addresses Follow routes and time schedule Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Interacting with customers and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner Conduct pre- and post-trip inspection of vehicle and equipment Daily use of tablet Qualifications Propane Service / HVAC experience Propane License 1 year of propane delivery experience Valid CDL (minimum B) Tanker, Air Brake, and Hazmat Endorsements CDL A & B preferred Pass DOT physical Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps Previous experience with data entry skills to input data on a tablet preferred Ability to maintain basic logs and records Maintaining a good driving record High school diploma or equivalent Benefits & Offers Take-home vehicle + gas card Company uniforms, phones, and tablet Cross‑training available in gas, oil, propane, and HVAC Education and licensing programs Commitment to not just providing jobs but careers for employees Equipment training for Bosch, Ecobee, Fujitsu, Buderus, Carrier, etc., throughout the year Relocation assistance available for qualified applicants Medical Insurance with company contribution for individuals and family; FSA and HSA options Vision and Dental Insurance Basic Life and AD&D Insurance Long-Term Disability 401k with company match 80 hours of vacation; accrued 40 hours of sick leave 9 Paid Holidays, including floating holidays Employee Assistance Program Other supplemental insurance options available Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Townsend
