FOH Manager

As a FOH Manager at Upstream Brewing Company, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house operations, managing a team of talented servers, hosts, and bartenders, and striving to exceed guest expectations at all times.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading by example and upholding the highest standards of professionalism, service, and hospitality
• Training, mentoring, and providing guidance to the front-of-house team to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Creating and implementing effective strategies to optimize productivity and maximize revenue
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and promptly addressing any issues or concerns
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and dining areas
• Managing inventory, including monitoring levels of supplies and placing orders as needed
• Working closely with the management team to contribute to the achievement of overall business goals
