responsibilities:

• Formulate and prepare cleaners, pretreatments, paints, and coatings directly from raw chemical ingredients.
• Apply coatings to substrates and conduct standard performance testing and evaluations.
• Accurately collect, log, and analyze experimental data in lab notebooks and digital systems.
• Generate clear data tables and charts using Microsoft Excel to communicate project findings.
• Execute routine and non-routine R&D experiments safely, strictly adhering to chemical protocols.

 
qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on industrial laboratory experience (R&D preferred).
• Demonstrated job stability with a consistent, reliable employment history.
• Experience with chemical sample preparation, testing, and standard lab safety protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Physical ability to stand and move around the laboratory for the majority of the workday.
