Role Compassionate and skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) in Magdalena, NM to administer patient care in accordance with a physician-established care plan. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with care provided at the patient’s residence. The program emphasizes building lasting relationships with patients, with no expiration on this benefit after acceptance. Responsibilities Administer patient care in accordance with the physician-established care plan. Collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians. Advocate for patients and provide one-on-one care. Work 8 hours on one day per week; times are flexible and coordinated between the nurse and the patient. Support scheduling and coordinate care as part of the care team. Background check required for offers. Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN). Location: Magdalena, NM; travel to patient residences as required. Ability to work independently in a home-care setting and collaborate with care team members. Background check required; other usual conditions of employment. Compensation LPN Hourly Rate: Up to $35 per hour, based on experience. RN Hourly Rate: Up to $55 per hour, based on experience.
