Construction Project Manager

iWorld Professionals is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our client located in Springfield, New Jersey . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, building strong client relationships, and working closely with field teams to drive projects from planning through completion. Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial construction projects from estimating and bidding through project closeout
- Prepare project takeoffs, budgets, schedules, and cost tracking documentation
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and client communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project billing, and closeout documentation
- Monitor project schedules, job costs, quality standards, and overall project performance
- Attend and lead project meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Support project safety initiatives and ensure compliance with industry and job site standards
- Relevant experience in construction project management or commercial construction
- Experience working with project budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project coordination
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- OSHA certification preferred
