Desktop Support Technician

Base pay range $24.00/hr - $25.00/hr We are seeking a detail-oriented PC Imaging Technician to join our EUC team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, deploying, and maintaining PC images for our organization. This role involves working closely with other IT staff to ensure that all computers are properly configured and updated. Responsibilities Create and deploy standardized PC images across the organization. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PC imaging and deployment. Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems. Document imaging processes and procedures for future reference. Assist with hardware and software installations as needed. Maintain accurate ServiceNow PC asset records.
