Addus Family company is seeking compassionate Home Care Aides to support elderly, chronically ill, and disabled clients in their homes. In this mission-driven role, you will assist with personal care, grooming, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship, helping clients remain safe and independent at home. You’ll follow individualized care plans, observe and report changes in condition, and uphold strict safety, infection-control, and compliance standards. Addus offers training, support from collaborative care teams, and opportunities to grow within a nationwide leader in home and community-based care.
