Responsibilities Support all desktop operating systems and applications including but not limited to Windows 7/10, Office 2016, Production Labeling System, etc. Configure/Install all new computers (desktop and laptop) Support Associates thru Helpdesk activities. Support video conference activities. Support all Desktop/Laptop, scale, thermal printer, and handheld scanner hardware issues. Maintain accurate records of all hardware and software license agreements. Conduct new hire orientation training for all new/promoted associates that will be accessing the computer network for the first time and continuing education for all associates. Support Production Labeling system through upgrades, troubleshooting, and pro-active upgrades. Education: Associate\'s Degree (two-year college or technical school), or equivalent years in work experience Experience: 2 plus years of experience Computer Skills: Windows 7/10, Office 2016, General Troubleshooting, Wi-Fi, General TCP/IP and network functionality. C# experience a plus. Aplus certification a plus. Qualifications Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.
