This full-time, in-person contract position is focused on providing services at the high school level, with the potential for itinerant assignments within the local area. You will play a crucial role in shaping a positive educational environment and collaborating with educators and families to help students succeed.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience in a school setting, preferably at the high school level
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Ability to adapt to different school sites as needed
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to support special education eligibility decisions
• Provide individual and group counseling for students
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to develop effective intervention strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and help design appropriate educational plans
• Support crisis intervention and promote positive behavior strategies
• Travel between schools if assigned itinerant responsibilities
