Job Details Location: Hazlet, NJ Job Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM Workdays Available: Friday, Saturday, Sunday Shifts Available: Overnight Business Unit: AUS Responsibilities Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk post in a logistics and distribution location. Monitor visitor, vendor, and employee access at the front desk, assist with check‑in and badge processes, and report unusual activity according to site protocols. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency services when appropriate. Support front desk operations by answering questions, documenting daily activity, maintaining required logs, and helping to deter unauthorized access through consistent screening and observation. Minimum Requirements Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
