Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary: The Marketing Assistant creates visually compelling materials that support the office's marketing and branding efforts. This role focuses on design, visual storytelling, and maintaining a consistent brand identity.
Requirements: Key Responsibilities
- Design graphics for social media, flyers, digital screens, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with staff and student workers to create visuals for programs and campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials
- Assist in developing visual concepts for marketing initiatives
- Revise and adapt designs based on feedback and project needs
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels
Additional Information: Qualifications
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
- Ability to translate ideas into engaging graphics
- Creative, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Interest in design, branding, and visual storytelling
Physical Demands Summary:
