Description Mud Bay's Store Staff are the heart of Mud Bay. They are flexible, friendly, and focused on providing an outstanding experience to everyone who walks through our doors. Job Details Competitive base pay: The target starting pay for this position will be at the entry point of the range, at $18.63. The pay range of $18.63 to $21.42 per hour allows our employees room for growth through annual increases and promotion potential. When you'd work: This is a part-time position, with a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of 20 hours per week . Typical shifts will be on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturdays. Shifts will vary, but could typically look like: Sunday 2:45-7:15pm, Monday 3-7:45pm, Tuesday 3-7:45pm, Friday 3-7:45pm with some availability on Saturday either a 4-hour opening or closing shift. All team members are expected to attend a monthly hour store meeting.
