CNC Machinist

Express Employment Professionals in Yuba City is currently seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a local manufacturing company in the Colusa area. This is a long‑term, full‑time opportunity with potential for advancement and skill growth in a precision machining environment. Location: Colusa, CA (Yuba City area). Responsibilities Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Set up machines, select tooling, and make offsets or minor program edits as needed. Read and interpret blueprints and verify part dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges. Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to tolerances. Perform basic maintenance on machines and maintain a clean, safe work area. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output and quality goals. Requirements 3–5 years of CNC machining experience preferred. Strong understanding of G‑code, blueprint reading, and part inspection. Ability to perform setups and troubleshoot minor issues. Mechanically inclined, dependable, and detail‑oriented. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Compensation $25.00 per hour (Depending on Experience) Schedule Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, day shift.
