Skid Loader Operator

Safely and skillfully operate skid steers (Bobcat/CAT) with various attachments for grading, excavating, and loading. EXCELLENCE Equipment Operation: Safely and skillfully operate skid steers (Bobcat/CAT) with various attachments for grading, excavating, and loading. Site Preparation: Execute fine grading and sub-grade preparation for asphalt and concrete installations. Maintenance: Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance to ensure machinery stays in top working order. Crew Collaboration: Work closely with the Foreman and crew to ensure project specs are met on time HUMAN POTENTIAL Commits to continuous personal improvements on the path towards being best self. Qualifications Education and Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous related experience in the construction field is a plus. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle to get to the job site. Other Qualifications Ability to work seasonally. Typically April - November but could be called in during the winter for work as weather allows.
