MARKETING/MODEL VIP HOST

The VIP Marketing Host generates revenue through the development and servicing of relationships with existing and potential target guests. The position facilitates all guest reservation requests promptly and without error, ensures guests are aware of events and supports the execution of them, maintains a high level of visibility throughout the facility, and builds guest loyalty by exceeding all expectations in service and dependability. The position will report to all scheduled duties in a timely manner and collaborate with all departments to ensure total guest satisfaction. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with all laws and regulations, as well as The Village Dallas policies, practices and procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Deliver a daily guest list of a preferred clientele on specified days. Book weekly industry groups on specified days. Follow and execute weekly host schedule and visitation rosters day/night. Interact, entertain and provide guests with information in a professional, cordial and exemplary manner while recognizing and cultivating regulars. Respond to all guest inquiries and requests. Maintain professionalism at the workplace and with co-workers and patrons All VIP table reservations must be entered into the company system including the guest's full name, cell number, and email address. (Reservations without complete information will not be counted towards the minimum requirements and individual commissions will not be paid) Participate in in-house modeling programs, special casino events, banquet service functions, marketing campaigns and advertising and performs model/presenter tasks. Pose for pictures as requested by management; appear in uniform or designated (logo) apparel for promotional/charitable activities at or away from venue. Assist in the development of promotional plans in order to increase business levels and sales. Maintain social platforms as indicated by management. Post events, communications and participate in marketing campaigns via social media. Must promote The Village and it’s venues to all guests prior to visiting the nightclub to meet stated revenue goals per position Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc. Appear in dress code for all shifts at your scheduled time Flexibility to perform other job-related tasks as deemed necessary by Management. Must have flexibility to work varying schedules based upon business demands, special events and banquets, including weekends and holidays.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Previous work experience in a fast-paced environment or comparable setting. Possess superior customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor, ability to multitask while remaining calm to deliver exceptional results in a high-paced environment, capable to speak and to listen in a public forum, basic math skills are required, and ability to handle cash and accurately make change. Current and/or previous modeling or VIP bartending experience preferred. Requires knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne and mixed cocktails. Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. with or without assistance. Work will be performed indoors and outdoors split between an office and day/nightclub. May require some travel Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination and air quality Prolonged sitting/standing Bending and reaching Willing to work in a loud and smoke-filled environment.

WORK CONDITIONS

Work will include indoor and/or outdoor food and beverage service. Must have the ability to withstand high temperatures, heat and sun exposure and wet surface conditions. Work area may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain secondhand smoke. Work may be performed in small areas with 3 ft. access. Tasks are performed from a non-sitting position. Team Members will be required to stand, walk, lift, reach, push, pull and grasp. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area. Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards May work extended hours irregular shifts, evening and/or weekend shifts, and holiday work may be required Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, to include client confidentiality
