Process Quality Leader

Process Quality Leader role at Johnson & Johnson's manufacturing facility in Georgia. The position provides quality and technical leadership to support operations and drive continuous improvement through investigations, compliance management, and process optimization across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of non-conformances, process failures, and quality trends with root cause analysis
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to ensure compliance with QSR, GMP, and ISO standards
• Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to improve process capability and efficiency
• Lead and develop quality professionals while supporting performance management and career development
• Present quality metrics and trend analyses to leadership; support new product introductions and validations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related technical field
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environment, medical device preferred
• Strong knowledge of FDA QSR, GMP, and ISO requirements
• Experience with quality investigations, CAPA, and root cause analysis
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
